At First Sign Corporation and FirstSign.com we are committed to ship your order as soon as possible. Most Stock Items can ship same day if order is received by 1pm Mon-Fri. We use UPS ground shipping for most orders, UPS ships within Florida (most cities) in 1 day. For other states, You can also choose UPS 2-day or 3-day shipping. For custom orders allow production time plus shipping time. Thanks for shopping at FirstSign.com, we appreciate your business!
RETURN / EXCHANGE
ERRORS - We carefully check and pack each order, but mistakes can occur - Please let us know as soon as possible within 14 days, If you received wrong items or if your order has something missing, let us know right away so we can determine the problem. You may need to return them or exchange for replacements.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE Stock Signs
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible to return an item:
- Item must be unused and in in the same new condition that you received it. *Refunds or exchanges will not be awarded for stock signs that have been installed in any way.
- It must be a Stock Sign item (not customized) A 20% restocking charge applies.
- Your item must be in the original packaging or equivalent
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please insure your return, if your item is damaged in return shipping, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.
A 20% restocking fee will apply for returns of stock signs in new condition* less S& H will be sent to your method of payment ,credit card
upon return of merchandise.

RETURN POLICY FOR STOCK SIGNS
|You may return or exchange any stock item in original new condition within 14 calendar days. A restocking fee of 20% will be applicable for stock item purchases in opened packaging. We are unable to accept returns on customized products and special orders since they are created to your specific requirements|
EXCLUDED ITEMS: Please note some items are not returnable under any circumstances:
|• Product that has been used or installed in any way;|
|• Product with custom stenciling/lettering (ie: traffic cones, delineators);|
|• Custom made products ( ie: custom signs decals, label products Plaques );|
|• Special Order Material Products ( ie: powder coat posts, channelizers not in stock colors, sizes, etc)|
|• Items purchased as a 'Discounted' or 'Clearance' sale item.|
